Holding an MS in Negotiations from the University of Baltimore and presently pursuing a PhD, Mr. Sobundu is actively driving the development of a cyber investigation program for the State of Florida. This initiative involves crafting protocols, suggesting technology solutions, and conducting training sessions for agency personnel. Additionally, he is at the helm of implementing an Incident Response, Recovery, and Reporting audit program, ensuring alignment with NIST standards and state regulations. Demonstrating adeptness in collaboration, Mr. Sobundu has a proven track record of working with both internal and external stakeholders to devise and execute comprehensive audit processes, fortifying the state’s resilience against cyber threats.
