How we are different
- All Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) members are TX Department of Safety licensed private investigators, on top of their cybersecurity expertise. This makes the team unique with the higher standards of holding a license with the extensive FBI, TX DPS, and company background checks and qualifications. They are currently the only Incident Response Team in the US that requires a private investigations license.
- The DarkBox Security Systems CSIRT physically deploys to the incident site within 24 or less in the United States. Within the State of TX, the team will deploy within an hour. This is unique from other Incident Response companies with a team that physically deploys to the client site vs. attempting just virtual.
- DarkBox Security Systems CSIRT consists of a majority of military Veterans and is Veteran Owned, providing high-value service and elite standards for clients.
