DriveStrike provides enterprise-level data protection and device security. The DriveStrike solution is scalable, affordable, and compatible with all major platforms and operating systems.
DriveStrike enables three main commands: Remote Wipe, Lock, and Locate. DriveStrike users can view information about their devices and remotely manage them from one central console accessible anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection. Remote Wipe deletes all data from a device, Remote Lock protects against unauthorized access, and Remote Locate shows the most accurate location data available for a device.
Additional features are available on some operating systems for increased control and security. Administrators can remotely reboot Linux and Windows computers. BitLocker integration with full drive encryption and key management is available for Windows users. For other systems, DriveStrike works with other encryption options such as VeraCrypt.
DriveStrike’s Android MDM program provides extra security and configuration features for a range of device management needs, from individual to enterprise. DriveStrike supports three different Android management modes: Enterprise Mode, Shared (BYOD) Mode, and User-managed Mode. For both the Enterprise and BYOD modes, DriveStrike administrators can set specific security policies for users’ devices, such as password requirements and lock screen settings. Admins can also whitelist or blacklist apps, configure settings for individual apps, and place devices in kiosk mode. Enrolling Android devices in BYOD mode creates a separate work profile, and if a Remote Wipe is executed on these devices, only the work profile is erased.
