With over eight years in the security space and 30 years in technology, Judith brings the fundamental belief that online security is a basic human right- and that belief is implemented to her team at McAfee. She is a passionate advocate for safeguarding the digital experiences for consumers and offering them the solutions to keep them safe in their moments of time- from banking to shopping to connecting with loved ones online.
From a consumer standpoint, the need for cybersecurity has evolved from pure antivirus to more holistic protection towards how they need to keep themselves and their family safe. In 2020, Judy focused her team’s efforts to help educate and empower consumers to protect themselves and their loved ones with helpful resources for personal protection. McAfee committed to meeting their customers- and consumers in general- in real time moments to help them navigate their online security concerns and offer solutions on how to stay safe as the pandemic changes their lives.
In her years with McAfee Consumer, Judy has built a team of talented performance marketers who have embraced uncertainty and the challenge of modernizing our go-to-market activities. McAfee has been on a transformation journey from a purely a B2B2C to Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand of building direct relationships with consumers. Over the last year, Judy and her team have been focused on accelerating this transformation towards a solid D2C model- from revamping the website to shifting from a transactional focus to an engagement focus. The team launched an enhanced user experience and secured double-digit sustained subscriber growth for Consumer (16%) YoY.
1. Under Judith’s leadership, McAfee Consumer has been instrumental in helping drive consistent double-digit top line growth, twelve successive quarters of direct subscriber growth, and NPS improvement from 7 to 45.
2. McAfee Consumer saw 2.4M net core DTC subscribers added in the past year, in addition to 12 straight quarters of net core DTC subscriber growth (both YoY and sequential).
3. When COVID-19 changed consumers lives, Judith and her team made a commitment to help consumers navigate uncertain times- not benefit from their struggles. She implemented a “Safer Together” program to offer tips and solutions for consumers as they shifted to more activities online- schooling from home, telehealth from home, dating from home, job hunting from home, etc.
