This past year Scott Gordon, his marketing team and with other teams within Pulse Secure:

- Orchestrated worldwide Pulse Cares program that helped thousands of organizations to rapidly gain remote access capacity and capabilities in order to ensure business continuity while safeguarding millions of employees during the global pandemic. This effort yielded useful surveys, guidance, and best practices materials for security practitioners and also increased overall market share.

- Successfully launched secure access solution suites, as well as a Zero Trust access SaaS service with related informative research, webcasts, videos and materials supporting workforce mobility, IT consolidation, and adaptive security trends. The cloud-delivered service involved significant business transformation effort requiring a marketing and engineering led interlock across the company.

- Helped coordinate worldwide communications and patching support for thousands of customers and partners through concerted outreach and related media engagement to mitigate a major product vulnerability and avert negative brand impact. A newly developed, integrated crisis management and expedited customer support program also increased the company’s NPS score.
