Holds Security+, CISSP, CSSLP, CRISC, DFCP, GICSP, CASP, and CDSP certifications. . He has co-authored six security books and numerous academic articles associated with information security. He has presented at numerous conferences including RSA, BSides (numerous), and academic conferences. He is a minitrack co-chair for Information Security mini-track at the HICSS confenece. He is active in the DHS sponsored Industrial Control Systems Joint Working Group (ICSJWG) efforts associated with workforce development and cybersecurity aspects of industrial control systems.
