He has more than twenty years of experience in IT infrastructure, including network architecture, data center design, & telecommunications operations.
Hutchinson’s innovative cybersecurity technology leadership has proactively helped elevate Government IT in the following areas:
This year, Marqus was the visionary mastermind behind the $100 Million+ successful launch & growth of the US Air Force's Crowd Source Flight Data (CSFD). This program enables rapid electronic warfare programming, improves data-driven debriefs, informs cyber intelligence & operational analysis, & aids rapid software development.
An essential contribution Hutchinson made to developing the new system was creating a new method for collecting, processing, & analyzing mission-critical data & securely disseminating it within hours. The system allows Joint Commanders access to critical data for about 6% of the cost of older systems that were only used by test communities for months. This is with 99% accuracy.
GRAYPATH (GP) is the next generation of cybersecurity expeditionary communications. Through its patented IP Spread Spectrum technology, GP leverages the cloud to randomize & distribute message packets through the simultaneous use of multiple transport paths & encrypted channels. In addition, GP algorithms optimize throughput by continuously sensing & adjusting message flow, creating a smoother connection.
