Our customers can spot and remediate any Bad Actor that attempts to interact with them in social media. For example, if a Bad Actor starts following you on Twitter, we will notify the owner of the account and provide them an action to block them. This proactively helps organizations and VIPs catch and remediate issues before the Bad Actor has a chance to inflict any real damage.
